Looking East is an exciting publication dedicated to showcasing the regeneration of East Manchester, once the heart of the industrial revolution but by the 1990s one of the country’s most deprived areas. The regeneration programme being co-ordinated by New East Manchester is on a scale unprecedented in the UK.

The second issue features articles, interviews and analysis on the area’s transformation, its plans and opportunities, as well as issues relevant to the whole regeneration industry.

The magazine is distributed to a targeted database of local and national residential and commercial developers, contractors, architects, engineers, letting agents, property analysts, fund managers, central government, local authorities throughout the UK, urban regeneration companies and other regeneration bodies.

Urban regeneration company New East Manchester contracted specialist regeneration publisher 3Fox International to produce the magazine on its behalf. Funded by advertisement sales, Looking East brings the essential work being done to a wider audience, and creates opportunities to promote those companies involved.
